Sister Andrea’s career and sanity are on trial as she battles Leland. Meanwhile the team investigates an alleged angel sighting. The fifth episode, named ‘The Angel of Warning,’ opens with David showing up at a brief emergency the board cover after a structure breakdown kills a few of its inhabitants. David offers otherworldly help to the survivors in trouble at the asylum. He meets a little kid named Kelly, who is catholic. Kelly is in injury and uncovers that she was on the 11th floor at the hour of the mishap. She portrays a religious recluse with a her sheep during the mishap. While David has one or two glaring doubts of Kelly’s cases, he contemplates whether she saw a holy messenger. In the mean time, another man asserts that he saw the lady, and she saved his life.
